looking for one old rear shock for an 80 to borrow or buy

anyone have an (one) old aftermarket rear shock laying in the garage I can borrow or buy? preferably longer than stock like OME, etc, a temporary need for about a month. it can be returned when done if wanted...

I've got some. But, I am in Flag. DT3000's. Plenty soft, for the Rock-Cadillac ride. But no leaks, and the price is right. Oh, and it comes with 2 front shocks as a package deal! (available to anyone else if ya pass, Murf!). Fo FREE!

It will. I ran stock shocks on my 80 for a while after lift was installed.

a couple guys came through...thanks everyone for the generosity!

My RR Icon stage 3 shock is leaking all over the place - im disappointed! Esp since the warranty is 12 months and it is 14 months old now (of course). Off to SDHQ for a rebuild.

love really the ride and adjustability of the Icon suspension but my OMEs never leaked in 9 years....hopefully this is a one time incident (?)

Murf - Your OMEs are still going strong on my 97! Although I might replace them someday just because they're getting pretty rusty and beat up...
