Looking for North Verde River Crossing info

ok phil, i ran up there for ya today, the verde looks like it was really runnin for a while during some wet weather not too far back, but its back down to its normal looking flow now. i was on the moto and didnt feel like getting wet so i didnt try any crossings at 638 but it looks like it did when i crossed it a couple yrs back.
i also hit the verde at 635 and it looks not so crossable, then of course i had to go round to the perkinsville bridge, when did they gate off the access to perkinsville? you can only go a hundred yds or so down the road.
i happened to catch a FS guy there and we chatted a bit, he confirmed the flooding, asked if my OHV tags were up to date, and had some decent info. woulda taken pics for ya bud, i took the little camera and it musta turned on in the pack cause it was dead.

there was more traffic out there than i thought would be. i met a truck coming from the verde on 638 while i was headed in, thats the only one i saw there. the river around the bridge was popular, but thats to be expected i suppose. i was so close to running north all the way into williams but i didnt think i had the fuel for it.
