I've got a '97 in two-tone Desert Dune/Moonglow. I'm wondering what she'd look like deflared and the Moonglow painted over with a close-as-possible bedliner matching Desert Dune? Are there any photos out there? :)

That's a neat thread, but it's not the color I'm talking about. I'm talking about bedlining the bottom to match the top as close as possible.

It's not to hard to imagine what the truck will look like with a single color since it's just a little bit of it you want to cover. I think the only way for you to go about it is to decide on a tint-able bed liner product and have a paint shop match your intended color to add to it. Some of the products available come in smaller amounts that you can use for testing. I bought a quart of black monstaliner that I'm going use to line the inside/rear of my truck just to figure out if I like it and how exactly to apply it. I'm planning on lining my whole truck with the tan liner similar in color to the one in that thread that was linked.

I think you're going to have a hard time finding pics of a lined truck in your color because most people go with the darker earth tones.

would probably look cool if you did it in the oem grey that is on there now.

I've thought about doing that too. I have found photos of deflared, two-tone 80s with bedliner. I think if money wasn't an issue, I'd have the whole thing painted Desert Dune. Are there any Desert Dune, deflared 80s out there???

X2. I'm probably going to try to get close to the factory flair color when brewing up the Al's.
