Hey there Mudders, happy 2022!

Dropping in to share the latest GX Basecamp product, the Comms Rail. This is our take on a device mount solution for your mobile, GPS, GMRS radio, Spotify Car Thing, Scangauge, iPad, or whatever else you're itching to keep in close reach and easy eyeline. We spent months tweaking this design across a variety of materials and shapes, and after a few weeks of thorough testing (including a transcontinental road trip) we're excited to release the product for preorder.

The Comms Rail is available in both carbon fiber and powdercoated aluminum. It requires zero trim removal to install and includes both industrial double-sided tape as well as mounting screws. You can read about our design process here as well as our own setup here.

Preorders are open now through the end of January and will ship in mid to late February. Discounted pricing is available on the first 50 units in each material. Please have a look at our product page; if you still have questions we're always happy to answer them.

Yikes. That looks like the inside of a cop car. Who needs that many things on their dash?

Thanks. Always appreciate the support from forum members.

Radio, GPS, satellite communicator, and phones is not a ridiculous setup for off-road. Not like you’d need to put all of that up there either.

Agreed. We don't generally have it all mounted there, but obviously needed to demonstrate the Comms Rail.
