I have an aftermarket pin and now matter what, it is over fueling. I’m trying to find a stock pin that I can grind myself. Here’s the pin I have now. It’s a work of art, but with a green wheel at 18psi, it’s just too much fuel.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

It's a Bosch pump so search there.

Yes but no.

It's a Denso pump, licensed from Bosch.

It has differences, including the fuel pins.

Find a Denso authorised shop. There's a few shops in NA that keep getting mentioned in diesel tech

why are you only running 18 psi?

looking at your pin you need to adjust your off boost setting.

That picture was taken when I first bought it 3 years ago. My wheel was ran all the way in (backed it off 3 full turns) I now have movement at 1.5psi. My main screw was maxed out also, I’ve backed it out to it just barely idles. The pin is turned 80° from full kill now too. I’m running 18psi, because that’s what the gate is set at. My EBC is acting up, and allowing boost creep. So I have it turned off now. When I was running 22-23psi, it barely changed the EGT’s.
