Looking for a Cruiser to replace a Range Rover that is presently in a Lion exhibit at an internationally recognized zoo in Southern California. This vehicle is a major part of the exhibit theme, the guest experience and is prominently placed for the Lions to enjoy and all to see. The theme is a researchers camp. While they are out the Lions moved in. The Lions love it. They lay on top and inside and chase each other around it. This vehicle ends up in everybody's pictures.
I never liked the rover because that's not what the researchers would have used, but it is all that we had to use at the time. A lot of work went into preparing the vehicle to be safe for the animals. Every bit of plastic comes off, anything loose gets removed or welded, every cubby and open space gets sealed up. Unfortunately the rover is now rusting and has become a potential hazard.
Do not need any drivetrain or interior just axels to hold the wheels we fill with concrete.
To help our nonprofit budget we are looking for a donation if possible. I would be very interested to speak to any club or vendor that would want to participate in this project of love. Otherwise with the right vehicle we will prep it in-house. Please let me know and if you would like to email me directly please do 4mestrin@gmail.com
Thank you for your consideration.
