How high is the inside of the roof of an HJ61 high roof? How many inches from
floor to inside of roof? Not the door opening, rear floor where the floor is highest,
and roof is highest.
I know it’s 5” lower floor right behind the seats.
standard 60 is 41”
BJ74 is 46”
what’s the FJ/BJ40?

Standard 60 is 1050 mm
Troopy is 1250 mm
BJ74 is 1175 mm
There is a purpose, I’m just about done sleeping on the roof. Lots of advantages being
up there. I’ve got a very comfortable cot, custom made that is more comfortable than the
hard floor of the roof tent. The only issue is the lack of head room in the back of the 60.
So if I had the extra headroom of a BJ74 let alone the Troopy it makes a much more
livable space. Since I still cook off the back end that doesn’t change anyhow.
So if anyone knows of a 61 high roof let me know.

I definitely don’t want some front tilt thing. I’ve worked on a mechanism for lifting
straight up. Probably be happy with a raised hard top. I’ve seen all the pictures there
are to see. The guy who bought the Campteq plans wants $8K just for the two
pieces of aluminum. For that much, No.
