i’m passively looking for another 200 series with 90k Miles and this one came up but when I do some digging on the history, it looks like it’s been through three or four auctions in the past 12 months as well as the most concerning thing from Lexus on the history database saying that it has rear axle damage and the repair was declined as well as the front end not being able to be aligned also so I’m hoping someone on here recognizes this truck and can fill in some blanks for me.

No need to fill in blanks. What you found so far is a terrible history. Skip this one.

Why even risk it? I’d keep looking. That alignment issue alone is enough for me to cross it off the list. A previous owner probably bent some shi up.

I generally avoid any modified suv/trucks. Reasons being:

#1 Were the mods even done well? Did they cut corners (literally and figuratively)?

#2 If they actually put their off-road modifications to use, then there could be damage. This may be the case of this particular vehicle.

Again, just pass on it. It’s probably not even worth your time.

LX570 with a dorkel, light bar, 20" bro wheels with street tires, and some questionable history on a part as robust as the rear axle? All while being sold at a dealer?

I'd run far away

Why would there be any interest in an example like this? There are many at this price point without these issues in their history.

Generally, one selling point of a LX is that they rarely (if ever) get beat on. It's not the "normal" Lexus clientele.

Seeing the snorkel, and other things mentioned above indicate that this one is far outside the normal LX.

Shopping elsewhere would be recommended
