Looking at new wheels

I've been talking with Kurt from Cruiser Outfitters on a local 4x4 board, he's selling some 15" wheels off an early Tacoma.

I'm trying to figure out if they will work on my 80, which came with 15's from the factory. Kurt says they have ~4" BS, but that it might be too much. I went out and measured my wheels, I have ~4-4.5" BS. About the same. I believe they are 7" wide (same as my wheels).

I'm curious about the weight rating though... Would these Taco wheels be too light for my 80 or am I worrying too much?

You act like I don't have Mud and WC sites open on firefox tabs at all times (right next to my Q-bank tabs). I was just down at Kurt's place this last weekend but I didn't see the wheels in question. He must have sold them already

I figured they might be. My 97's have a bit of corrosion too. I've been thinking about painting them black but my likes the polished blink look I guess. I'm still on the fence, it seems like quite a bit of work to do it right and the tires are already mounted.

Then you need to somehow convince the that black is the new bling. Duh.

Kurt's are painted black as well, that's one reason I want them.
