What are some of the common issues I should be looking at or for?

From the pictures I have seen the frame appears to be rust-free, AZ car its whole life.

Shot leather, where can I find replacement leather cushions, leather?

It is lifted on Bilsteins and ARB/OME springs. Anything I should be aware of with this setup?

There's a few things you could do. Here's a link to lexus drivers which can give you a detailed look of its service history. Obviously if you are too far to look underneath yourself you could get the seller to record a video of underneath and the engine bay/frame rails/wheel arches. Ask the seller for details like when the timing+water pump kit was done and when and or if the SAIP (secondary air injection pump) was serviced (if ever).

Leather seat and cushions.

The timing belt was done 13K ago according to a sticker in the engine bay. What issues would the SAIP cause?

SAIP when failing will throw a code, and in some occasions will be an expensive fix unless you install a bypass. I'm pretty convinced I'll install the bypass in both my 470 and 460 just as a preventative measure. I've heard about this causing some engine trouble if plastic pieces (or something else?) getting in to the engine but I cannot find that article again so maybe someone else can chime in here to confirm or deny.

  • P1441/P1444 – Secondary air injection system switching valve number 2 bank 1/bank 2 stuck open
  • P2440 Secondary air injection system switching valve stuck open bank 1
  • P1442/P1145 Secondary air injection system switching valve number 2 bank 1/ bank 2 stuck closed
  • P2441 – Secondary air injection system switching valve stuck closed
