Looking at a 2012 GX 460 Premium for a DD

Looking at a 2012 GX 460 Premium for a DD. Has Lexus records for service up to 118k miles at Northside Lexus in Houston, currently has 136xxx, 3 previous owners, from Texas to North Carolina.

Anything I need to specifically look for? Issues with this model year?

It will be a DD and it will go on long trips, I have 3 kids and am single, so budget is under $20k, they are currently asking $19k.

If you do a search, there is a thread that describes all the luxury packages available for each year GX.
Basically from 2010 - 2013 there were only 2 trim levels: base and Luxury
From 2014 on I believe there were 3 trim levels: base, Luxury and Premium
But you'll need to do a search on this forum to see what each provided.
