why does my longfield click at full lock is this common?..a mate here in oz said its common not to worry but i don't know...hmmm... does anyone else have that problem.. it only does it on one side though..

my 30 splines do click some times. I also have a aussie locker in there too so i guess it could be either.
Yes it's is common. I have run them for years & it just does. All my buddies who run them get the click too. Go to the web site, call Bobby (if you can) & he will tell you what is acceptable click & when it needs to be sent back to him for repair &/ or replacement. They are lifetime warranty!

well its good to here its common that helps ... I kind of thought it might be buddy giving me the ol shll be right mate no worries thing..as they do a lot here...mines one of the older ones with the welded on rings.. and I didn't want to push if it wasn't right I am a bit of a worry wort like that.. I like my $hit wired tight... but now back to the trail and run it tell she brakes.... i will just turn up the stereo so I don't hear it ...lol

Mate im from down the gong if you wanna going wheeling one day let us now, we got about 12 trucks with 35s locked and winches for a yawal run next month nothing but the hard tracks.....

thanks for all the complements .. here's one of her gettin a little dirty.. mate I would like to do yawal some time I hear six stage is a pretty good track... haven't gone south a sydney ... just mainly been going to manai its pretty close to home... next time u guys come up for a run at manai give me a holler i will go with ya ... it would be nice to get a bunch of wagons on a run through there..

A yankee must fly the flag.... my new location for the batteries... it does make it cleaner and a little lighter up front...I would really like a set of those thirty splines axel's that ur runnin mwalls54 do u have the hub gears too? ...we will give these a go first... I just wish they didn't click it really bugs me.. it makes me feel like they are going to brake...

longs have smaller balls and bigger/softer bells. The flexabilty make them better ecause they are a tad softer so cicking sometimes is not unheard of.
