Selling my very well sorted LC. Bought from a forum member who was a straight-shooter and treated it like a garage queen and who previously bought it from another forum member who sells extremely nice examples of LC's on this forum at a premium. This is a Texas truck, I rarely drove in winter, as I used my Wrangler for any salt-road driving. I did get it undercoated with wool wax lanolin oil because the frame was MINT and I wanted to keep it that way, it was not to hide any rust but instead to prevent which is obvious when you see up close. I do have a video of original frame before undercoating which I did once a year. I like lanolin because it can powerwash off unlike the hard paint which chips and ultimately leads to more rust. Anyway, enough about undercoating. Timing belt water pump etc done by dealer about 3 years/10k miles ago. New tires maybe 4k miles on them. Just did denso alternator and full baseline of fluids (except tranny). Radiator flush. Brakes about 15 more miles on them. Too much to list here but everything mechanical as well as preventative was always done promptly and with open checkbook. I have all my receipts and previous owners as well. Never wheeled, pavement princess. Small quirks-Antenna doesnt go up fully. Windows in front slow in cold weather. Sunroof works but I won't vouch for it as it hesitated once the last time I used it before closing so I got spooked and don't use it, but no leaks. Miniscule chip in windshield no cracks. Some tiny paint chips. Occasionally steering wheel squeaks a lil in cold weather at start then goes away. Bumpers have some small scratches. Slee sidesteps installed look better than originals which I also have. Roofrack removed to fit in garage, I still have it as well as 3rd row seats, never sat it, rear spoiler. and all hardware. Selling because my ls 400 which was my road trip car, got totalled, so I now have to use LC for longer highway drives which was not my intent; I wanted this to just be my Sunday cruiser, but we are moving to Florida so I'm gonna downsize and get a GX 470 for the longer drives. The pictures here do not do this justice, it's in really great shape and I hate to part with it, it's been nothing but reliable. Mud forum members price is 17750 firm. You'll be hard-pressed to find one in NY area this clean and well-sorted. Would trade for a super clean in equally great condition close to stock GX-470 give or take cash.
