You guys checked the gap right?
No but I requested plugs that were OE. The description for the NGK plugs said "Actual OE part" in the computer.

Actual OEM would be Denso (IE: installed in the factory, IE: 90919-01091)

Actual OE replacement would be something like an NGK. Those are generally not pre-gapped. All factory spark plugs in Toyota boxes come pre-gapped.

Most aftermarket do not. Some do. NGK might. But at $2.00 each from Toyota, it's a no brainer.

Just an FYI.

The densos for $1.60 were not available so we had to get the NGK at $2.49.

well there is a squeaking noise at idle and it was bugging me, finally figured out that the idle pulley for the A/C belt is bent, on top of that the head of the adjustment bolt for the Power Steering belt is missing and the belt really isn't making contact with the pulley. that's next on the list. between work and helping out a friend the last few days, I haven't had much time for anything else.

Heading out of town to help with a customer esculation, hope to be back late late Wednesday or Thursday (hope is the key word).

Exhaust is tucked up.
All finished, going back to the Monks tomorrow.

You know, I know their name. But it didn't stop me conjuring up a Land Cruiser filled with Friar Tuck looking Monks off roading...

Did we win the lottery? That is how Lydia and I feel.

Thank you all that contributed in some way to have Logan's 80 looking and running like its 10 years younger.

Johnny, Eric, and Garrett pulled in the driveway around 8:00 tonight and the first thing I saw was the "bumper fairies" had struck again. This club is absolutely awesome! The bumper is beautiful! Thank you...

Then Eric brought a bag out with a couple pistons and a broken head gasket. He proceeded to tell us that the mighty 3FE in the 80 had crapped out on him going to the muffler shop. Evidently he and Johnny installed a new one in about 10 days. This club is full of talented and giving members.
Thank you everyone that contributed to the engine fund.

Lydia and I hope to see everyone at Logan's Run so we can personally thank and give a hug to all that contributed. You guys are the greatest and ONSC rocks!

We love you guys and you deserve it.

Wish I could claim some involvement, but KUDOS to those that pulled this off! Well deserved.
