Well I picked a bad line crossing the river today and submerged it, more on right side than left, about up to the top of the speaker. third of the way up passenger door panel. Crawl control wouldn’t get me out. Winch did luckily.
So a few issues.
1. Only drivers window operable. Other 3 won’t open.
2. Passenger seat AC is stuck on. Control switch won’t work.
3. And biggest issue of all, I got home and locked doors with control and now it won’t unlock. And the manual key won’t unlock it either.

Any suggestions on what to do? Will things dry out and eventually work?

No water inside right? Manual key turns the lock but won't unlock even the driver door?

Plenty of water inside. 4 inches on drivers side and 8-10 inches on passenger side. For about 15-20 minutes. How could there not be?

Seems like you should have been able to traverse at shown depth, obviously some thing(s) got very wet. Best of luck to you, I would try to get your truck open asap to prevent mildew/mold. This will be costly.

Manual key does turn but won’t unlock. I goes it only activates electric activator And doesn’t manually unlock door.

Too soft. Current washes everything away crawl control builds up. I was also surprised but it was a big hole my right front went into. Another foot to the right and it dropped another foot deeper.
So what kind of damage do you envision being so costly?

According to the owners manual, the manual key should unlock the drivers door by turning to the right

If you can get it open, pull all the lower kick panels trim, open all windows, just let it start airing out, take a hair drier to some areas, put a dehumidifier in there at night, I bet you can dry it out without any issues.

Ah, just reread the initial post. My bad. Personally, I'd get a locksmith over to get that door open. Longer that water lingers the more of a pain it will be to get it fixed. Connector for the seat AC unit runs along the door sill. Water in the fuse box on passenger side. Clearly water is causing those things to go haywire.

Chances are the water is between the carpet and floor pan, and that'll mold and be gross. Good news is removing that interior trim to get the carpet up and out of the way is actually very easy.

First off I am not a trained tech or engineer but I would imagine the just about anything that functions as a control or switching capacity could be compromised. Does the motor still start and stop properly? Time will tell especially with time submerged. I've had a bow wake lapping over my hood once with stock tupperware (which actually does a great job of keeping water out of the engine bay) but I won't do that again.

Nothing responds with manual key so I assume it only bypasses the remote and relies on the actuators still.
So if that lock only triggers the actuators which won’t respond, then will a locksmith be able to do anything?

They are the pro's why not call them?

I know that this is gonna be expensive......but maybe have it towed to Toyota dealer?

I was merely stating that by the time you post on Mudd, wait for a response you deem credible you could've just made a simple phone call? I think that at face value is helpful isn't it?

There has to be a way to open the doors when there is no electrical power for safety reasons. I'll go look at my owners manual to see if I can help.

Sorry, just doing my initial research on 200's so this may not apply, but is there a spot to use the key in the rear of a 200? I had something similar happen where I couldn't get the door open on my wife's sequoia but was able to get the rear hatch open.

BTW, I would caution about using a hairdryer on sensitive electronics. Better to let it air out, or throw some dessicants/rice/camprid in the cab.

Sorry for being flippant. You are trying to help and I maybe took it wrong. Thanks
