My shop and their parent shop have a good bit in stock...they are going to do my LX all way around in next two weeks in the Llumar ATR 35. I am hoping the 35 added to stock front windows will make them about 25-30...as they are almost 80 from looks of it now. And make the rear in 20 range.

If you are looking for it...they have it. Just dont buy their last two rolls they will need to do my truck.

My bronze is roughly 35%. I wish it were a little darker. What makes the ATR better? More heat reflection?

it is the premium line of the Llumar brand he said....just like 3M has their regular line, their color fast line, and their ceramic line. I am thinking with what I already have in the vehicle it should work out close to 20-25 in rear and 30 around front.

Brock did you ever get this done? I found a supplier in San Diego but they are saying that it may interfere with gps, radio, and other electronics. I'm trying to find someone with the llumar bronze so I can get some real world advice!

I had a shop in El Cajon install some 50% llumar bronze tint on the front side windows. Looks pretty good and never had any interference problems.

That's great to hear! I am planning on having all 9 windows done but after a google search for llumar bronze interference I came across a Mercedes Benz forum where there were reports that the tint rendered their Bose radios useless and some had to mount external antennas. While I realize the 80 has an external antenna, mine has been snapped off so I'm already struggling when it comes to radio reception. I'm just trying not to make it any worse than it already is haha.

I'm in SD and looking for some bronze tint to match my front 80 series windows.
What shop did you use and how long ago?

I have had no issues....I run my stereo, my windshield GPS, my radar detector and have noticed no issues. I dont see the heavy metallic in this tint like expected....in others but I guess could be a issue in some instances. The Llumar website states that there has been some report of static on AM radio stations if antennae is on back windows rather than front or external windows....but does not affect FM signal reception. My keyless entry works, GPS works, no issues....

If worried can try the CTX or ATC for non-metallized, non-conductive, automotive films by Llumar as an altnernative. The Lexus came with metallized tint from factory so figured was not an issue.
