Bilsteins and "rice cooker" mod coming this weekend.

Suggestions on a 110V inverter?

What's the rice cooker mod?

Dont forget the deep fryer for the lumpia with Banana ketchup......

I'm certainly not the most filipino(only lived there for 8 years out of my 21 years) but I have never seen lumpia with banana ketchup?

Someone should make a propane powered rice cooker

Honestly, I havnt seen banana ketchup since I was stationed in Japan in the early 90's and all the Filipino wives would make Lumpia for us.

Xantrex, Pure Sign Inverter.

Safely wiring an inverter isn't trivial so make sure you choose the right gauge and fuse values.

How big are going to go?

Was going to go with a 400w inverter...saw some 1000w inverters but not sure if I would need that much.

Time to go wheeling LJ... We all know you have ATV things but you are pouring money into this truck. Go scrape up the sliders and take some tread off on the rocks. Go get your first dent and scrape!

Why do you need a rice cooker for your driveway. Just walk inside and use the kitchen.

Poor LJ - You guys are merciless.

400 watts may be enough for your needs - look at the appliances you might hook up and check the specs for their load. If you plan to run sensitive equipment like computers you should get a pure sine wave inverter (as I suggested).

You will need to have adequate wiring to the battery... I'd probably use #8. make sure to fuse it close to the battery. A quick way to determine the circuit amperage is to take the the wattage and divide by voltage... in this case a 400 watt inverter / 12 volt system = 33.4 amps.

Poor LJ - You guys are merciless.

May just go with your option, if it has been tried and tested then it is better than me guessing

And yes, it is all in good fun so now its my turn...

My nostrils are now filled with my drink, and whatever was infront of me is now saturated in Coke...

Thank you for that Parker....

I know your not talking about coca cola products:D:flipoff2:

Don't sniff and drive:D

Need to buy:

MV50 is in! I will do a writeup on the mount that I drew up this weekend...if midterms do not take over.

Four items I drew and fabbed up:
1. Metal inserts for the ARB(sneak peak coming soon)
2. adjustable fog light mount: allows someone to mount 4 lights to the ARB/any aftermarket bumper with similar mount or adjust the placement of the two fog lights they have installed.
3. Compressor mount
4. onboard camera mount(for those of you that like filming scenery)

Plans before SNT:
1. 110V inverter
2. Spressofab's FRB
3. Finish mockup for laptop/tablet stand
4. Open headlights and add CCFL rings to the Full size GG shrouds
5. Hopefully add 863's and reindex tbars

I've spent about 15 or so hours on AutoCAD this past week so I have some prototypes;)...I'll post the drawings tomorrow

Time to update the build. Got the ARB installed. Install was much easier than installing the TJM. Instructions for the bumper were good. Instructions for the lights...not so good.

Worst part was cutting the frame horns...thanks to i4c4lo for loaning me his tools! And yes, I have been trying to go offroad more, took the hundy out on the trail twice since last friday...they are probably 0.5/10 difficulty lol
