hi, can anyone help me, what is the front castor angle/diff angle for an 89/90 round headlight LJ70 supposed to be like in regards to this picture of mine?
IMG_08861.jpg

assume it should be more horizontal but not sure how much.
the setup at the moment is +2" ironman coil springs with the addition of 2" box section under each spring seat to rise the ride height, however i plan to remove the box, and then fit castor correction bushes to level the diff angle (3degree correction bushes?) but not sure how much

thanks, Rich.

Cant remember exactly but i think stock castor is +3 or +4 deg. mine is at +7 deg with correction plates but i plan on raising another 2" so it should settle in the correct ball park. To much castor and the steering needs more input to turn, yet is very stable at speed. proper castor is best however. if youre only lifting 2" in the end, youll only need correction bushes if any at all. i think 3" lifts and above require but someone here will tell you. search around here im pretty sure there are a few threads that talk about this in depth

If you have +2 degs or more you are fine , if you feel the steering very jealous , try turning the castor bushes to the max ....

ok cheers guys.
if my diff angle looks quite similar to your trucks then i'll try the standard bushes for now.
