LJ70 Crankshaft Sleeve for Front Main?

Hi All,
I have a 1989 LJ70 that recently came to the USA from Europe. It's leaking oil from the front main. Crankshaft is pretty badly scored.
Has anyone used a Speedi Sleeve or something similar for their front main seal? Part number? Or exact dimensions?
