So first up, links to all those other pertinent threads.
If it is on my truck, it's in here somewhere. It's also the story of how it got there.
There are a bunch more links to other projects on the first page.
The Tailgate "For Sale" thread.
The original tailgate thread (kinda funny, note the date).
Johnnys Antenna Mount thread.
Jereme's 80 Series Tailgate install thread.
Marco's 60 series install thread.
My 1HZ Swap thread for diesel questions.
The old de-chrome thread with info on the window welting.
4x4 Labs mid-steer set up.
Wayne's side panel install thread.
Thorton's fixed panel install.
The thread that led to the fridge hinge flip kit.
The original weatherstrip thread.
My favorite hardware sources:
McMaster-Carr for basically everything, the prices will be a tiny bit higher, but everything they sell is the good stuff and I'm willing to pay a tiny bit for the convenience, the incredible website and the fast shipping.
For the special stuff: Southco
This is where all the latches and special fasteners come from, their parts are basically second to none.
The problem with this though is that you need to have an account set up with a distributer, they don't sell to the general public.
