ok then if the dana 61 is such a good axle then run it and when anything happens to it try and find parts for it bc it will break.

Considering you can run D60 pinion and ring gears in a 61 (with a spacer) I see no reason why a 61 would be inherently weaker in the pinion than a 60 is.
The tubes are generally thicker and the housing is actually trussed a bit better.
Other than a couple of issues with potential ring and pinion gears (that issue being ratios, not strength). It is as strong as a D60.
