Does anyone know how the rear spoiler is attached? I want to install a small LED flood light on each side and use as backup and camp lights.

Will the spoiler hold the weight of two small LED floods?

According to my service manual, it's held on by four bolts and 3 clips. At least for the 2008-2010 edition. I can't imagine it would be different for the newer ones.

I think it's pretty robust and could hold some small lights. Let's just say it didn't come off when it smashed into the header as I drove into my garage with the liftgate open.

I think there may also be some 3M type panel adhesive holding the spoiler on as well as the mechanical fastners. Perhaps beno knows ....

Yes, as well as the bolts & clips it is held tight with double sided tape. So much so, that when I removed mine, (to install camera) I used fishing line to cut through the tape along the length of the spoiler.
