Question here for anyone who may have experience in this field. Im struggling to get tis to access the light control module and some others on my lx, Ive come to the conclusion that my mvci drivers are at fault. Ill go to the light module and one driver crashes TIS and the others (i have 7 all from a "pack" from one writer) Reason I believe the drivers are the issue I was changing some features on a 16 4runner and was having trouble access certain modules the customize-able ones more specifically, but I chose a different driver and I had access to everything on the truck.

So this brings me to my question, has anyone accessed their light module while in customize on techstream. Im not even certain this is even a supported module for the LX, but the tab is there and I can click it with no (*) on the module name. If so, or if this problem has been experienced or solved, would someone be so kind to shed some light on where to download a driver for a VCI that supports it?

Different model years have differing levels of accessable customization so it may not be a mvci driver issue. I’m not really sure what you mean by “light module” but if you’re referring back to headlights then I’ve had no trouble changing the DRL and headlight off delays in the body electrical ECUs in an ‘03. Probably accessed/changed the cabin lighting profile too but it’s been awhile.

Thats interesting 03 being a transition year begs the question, but I am leading to believe that it does exists on the 99 due to the fact its listed and not with an "*" in my limited experience with TechStream Ive found unsupported modules are not listed or named with an * indicating it is not supported.
