Lift/tire questions with stock wheels (1 Viewer)

Hello all, long time member on the 100 side, and now we have a couple of GXs in the stable. I’d like to lift my 13 to provide more clearance and firm up the rear as the truck sags pretty bad towing our 21 foot bay boat.

I’m leaning towards the 2 inch dobinson’s lift in medium. I’d not really care about aftermarket rims, so I’m planning to keep my stock 18s. Would 275/70/18 fit with the 2 inch lift? What size would be recommended? Also, on my 100, I have rear airbags installed to keep the rear from sagging when towing. Anybody do this on a GX?

I can't answer the stock wheels question.

I have the helper air bags in the rear springs with the airlift compressor / control. It works great.
