LiFePO4 battery sizes that fit in 200 drawer wings

Lots of new Lifepo4 battery tech out there with the smaller “mini” 100ah batteries now. Anyone tried something like the LiTime 100ah mini? The length and width look good based on others here, away from my truck now so not sure how tall the battery can be.

Looks cool, but dependent on what drawers you have I can see the height most likely being an issue. I'd have to measure the space above the battery but my Renogy is only 7.38 in tall, where as the LiTime is 8.96 in tall.

Those wings are different sizes. The driver side is larger.
I have a full size 1540 amp hrs one in the driver side and a 2000 watt invertor on the passenger side.

I went with the CycleBatt 100ah mini located driver side/ARB drawer wing/ 100 series. I’ve operated the ARB fridge for 4 days only pulling the battery down to 60%. Plenty of room for my Eno Hammock system as well.

Thank you for that! Looks like that battery is 9.02 long and you have it mounted on its side. Is that because the posts standing straight up interfere with the top ARB lid?

It was really more of a packaging decision. See thread: Victron DC/DC charger install ARB Drawers - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/victron-dc-dc-charger-install-arb-drawers.1349090/

One cool benefit of the LiPoFe technology is ability to mount on its side or or on an end to maximize space. The terminals and fuse are positioned facing the front of the truck and against the side of the drawers for “protection”.
So this really was a way to maximize available storage under the wing for soft gear.

Appreciate it! Ready to get my orders in now.

Start a build thread w pictures. I get so many questions about what I put together under the wing, there will certainly be others that will benefit from your work. I believe mounting the battery in the drawer set significantly increases the efficiency of the system as the battery is closest to the load and the Victron charger and switchgear is in a clean “cool” environment.
