Lexus 18" wheels

Just purchased my 99 LC and Previous owner bought the Lexus 18" wheels from a dealer somewhere. I like the wheels, but it bugs me that they have the Lexus logo on them, Anybody know if the Toyota cap fits on these?

1)Already tried the 16" toyota cap, not even close.

2)Cdan himself could not verify they LC version would fit.

Looking for a been there done that................anybody?

There should be a cap somewhere that fits, as I believe the LC Cygnus in Japan has these Lexus wheels with (obviously) Toyota caps. However, not sure what you would order. Best thing would be to pop down to your local Toyota dismantler and try to scrounge up a cap off a wrecked 2003 or 2004 with the 18" wheel, and see if it fits on the Lexus wheel. Though this may be tough as there are probably not too many of these at wrecking yards yet. Or maybe a dealership will be nice enough to allow you to trial fit one from their parts department if you drive the truck there.

I love the wheels, I just don't like that they have the lexus logo on them. It came with the factory 16's also, sold them on ebay.

So do you think that is the Toyota cap from the factory 18" wheels? the 2003-05? just so I know what to tell C-Dan.

dude! the 18 of landcruiser is totally different from the lx470. if i were you change the lexus logo to toyota logo.

you mean just keep the center cap and swap logos? yeah, I kind of thought of that, but would need a toy logo with the same peg holes to mount easily, just worried about attaching them and flying off on the highway. I was just trying to find caps to buy, and ebay mine.

Are you able to pry the Lexus logos off and stick on some flat based custom made centre cap logos? This is what i did when i put Ford rims on my RAV4.

Yeah, not a bad idea, although I like the chrome raised emblem better. I have those toyota badges on my current wheels of my 80, they look pretty good.

Both our sets of wheels are having an identity crisis. Like they were switched at birth.
