I want to get the stripes on too :) Next week....my vinyl guy is getting back from vacation and will get on it. Not sure I trust myself with installing something like this....
 
Fixed my fuel leak, got my AC all set up.....painted the airbox lid(added some different clamps to the inlet side of the air box) and started the downpipe. Next week is going to be devoted to the exhaust and then it's time to start driving this thing :)

Had the 79's paint corrected and then ceramic coated.....grabbed a quick pic with it. Need to adjust the hood on the 60...and we need to get our brackets built so we can start selling our hood strut kits.

I think I have a diesel badge on a shelf.....I also think I had to grind off the mounting spots for it off the grill to clear the IC. Pretty sure I can figure out a way to mount it. OR....not mount it and keep it a sleeper :)

We will definitely have them soon. The nice part is, 1/2 of them are already done since it's a carryover from our 70 series kit.

I didn't take any pics of that process or the end result. Kind of got the grill on there and left it.

I used an 80 grit flapper disc on my grinder and just had at it. Made pretty quick work of it.
 
Had my lead downpipe fabricator fab me up a downpipe today....same setup we have used on the other trucks. I think this was a Mamba flange. Tomorrow we'll start the process of building the exhaust.....will take some time but will be beautiful.

Pretty easy routing on this motor....straight down and then a 90 will take it thru the spring hanger to get us down the rocker.

Love the build. Is the 10 second mark on the spoiler alert - blue stripes that fade from top to bottom? Is the tailgate a preview of what is to come?
