Yes, Pre-Collision system. It alerts you to a rapidly stopping vehicle in front of you. As much as I thought I'd hate, it has saved my ass one or twice.

I know I'm not your mom, but be careful with mounting stuff like that CO2 tank or whatever it is, as they are potential missiles in a front end collision. The g-forces during a 30 mph front end collision are something like 30x. That could make a bad day a lot worse.

No worries. Its a fire extinguisher. Its securely strapped in and butts up against the back of the headrest so it cant go anywhere. Although I am probably going to add this mount.

Ok, thanks for 'splaining. I thought it was a button that encourages you to rear-end the vehicle in front of you...I didn't want my wife to know about that option. I could almost hear her now: "your fault, you must've left the rear-collision system on again...the vehicle did this on its own."

I hadn’t thought about putting the second one on the passenger side. That’s a good idea!

I used to have mine on a molle panel behind my head in my RAM, in the Cruiser it's all the way in the tailgate storage lid. I need to put another seat front molle panel on the passenger side and mount it there.
