hi all. we're wondering if anyone would make the trip up for a day of wheeling in the next month? the dates that work for us here on our land are:
Nov. 8, 9 or 22 . . . . .shall we make a plan?

anyone else have available wheeling land we could check out ?

I can definitely make it on the 22nd and that would be my vote. I would be thrilled to run over there. What do you figure....you are 3 hrs from Burlington, VT?

i should be free for some wheeling late nov

I'm free for Saturday. Can I sleep in your field?

I was with Mud Eater tonight and this came up in conversation. How about a Turkey run? We do it the weekend after thanksgiving. Come Friday I'm ready to get away from the family and the boy is out of school so that makes it a little easier as well. We were taking about getting rooms as camping in the field would be a little more than I could stand. With enough interest and the bad economy rooms might be affordable.

That might work on my end too.

You guys know that field and forest is still open right and clubs are still using it.
The camp ground facilities are closed but you can still camp out. It wouldn't take much effort to organize a day of wheeling there or a weekend before the snow comes.

Or you can run Moose Mtn (the NEA wants people to run this to help develop the trails) or you can run the class 6 trails right up till Dec 15th, theres plenty of opitunities to wheel, someone just needs to step up. I would but I'm straight out at work and I'm still running and organizing runs with my other club.

I'd like to get some wheeling in also before it starts snowing... I need a clutch rebuild pretty bad though first. Brakes are acting a bit funny again too.
