The lower left bulb is out and it's not the bulb. The fuses all check out okay. Is there a circuit board that has an open circuit feeding the light? We have the fuse box, on the drivers fender under the hood, opened up and the bottom pulled off. There is no continuity from the top, relay side, to the bottom. Wire from bottom of fuse box to bulb is good. There appears to be a circuit board sandwiched in between, enclosed in the fuse box itself. Could the problem lye there? We have been checking this without the battery in the truck. Do the night time running lights need to be on in order to pull in the headlight circuit? Currently using a diagram from a Chilton's manual. Does anyone know if they use an accurate diagram? Anyone have an accurate Series 100 wiring diagram? As I spent the next 3-4hrs. troubleshooting pulling out my fuse box checking, rechecking all my electrical I suddenly had a huge brain FART I was checking the high beam!!! WOW talking about going down the wrong path,I bonded with my cruiser.
