Leak under LX470 - please help!

Hello,

I am about to buy a 2007 lx470 and had the car inspected by a third party service. They took a picture of the undercarriage and it looks like there is some sort of leak. I don't know that much about the mechanical aspects of the car, but I know the smart people in this forum do! I am attaching a pic. What do you think this is? Is it something to be concerned with?

Sloppy oil filter change.

The oil filter is directly above that access panel. Auto Techs generally pull the filter and let oil drain all over the place. That appears to be oil left over from the previous oil change. I wouldn't worry to much about it, however I would have them check to make sure oil is not leaking out.

Not a leak. That's the "access panel" for changing the oil filter. It makes a mess using it. Much better to just drop the front skid plate.
