Just went through a carwash. Afterwards, water was coming out of the grab handles on each A-Pillar, especially the drivers side. The sunroof drains appear clean. Any ideas?

It’s the quality of the installation that matters for leaks. If you’re sure the drains are clean, I’d suspect corrosion and leakage from the replaced windshield. No recent changes. I bough this 2014 LX with about 48,0000 miles on. Service records say windshield had been replaced at dealer by PO. It has a Lexus brand windshield.
Be very careful putting pressurized air into the sunroof drains. You may pop the hose off the nipple on the sunroof tray.
I prefer to use weed eater line then carefully flush with some water.
But, those drains can only flow so much even when they are totally clear. If the sunroof panel gasket has shrunken a lot pressurized water can overcome the drain’s ability to keep up. I’d make sure your panel is closing flush, and look for gaps front or rear to indicate it has moved in its mounts or something.
