Hello and thank you for any help. I've already searched here and around the web and am coming up with nothing, so I'm finally posting.

I have a 2019 LC200, we took it in for a service, then about a week later the whole media display went dark. The backup camera still works, but no media, so no stereo, climate controls, etc. The dealer is over an hour away and they're super backed up.

Anyone have any idea which fuse runs this display? I have tried pulling several fuses, but can't isolate which one runs these systems.

Thank you!

I had a similar issue and had to replace the multi-media assy.

As far as fuses, the LC runs off the MOST system which everything is interconnected (ie fuse that doesn't have shiet to do with your radio can cause issues)

I suggest scheduling with dealer to diagnose as I have been down the never ending road of pulling fuses.

You don't happen to have anything jambed in the area where your cigarette lighter is?
I did and it caused my screen/radio to do funky things from the heat.

I have the same issue, but I assumed it was related to my install of the EC Offroad Android adapter which fits behind the OEM screen. I need to take it apart and test for loose wires. It seemed to be heat related and intermittent, until it became more consistent. My backup camera works as well.

What service was done a week ago? Did the display go dark while driving, or did it not come on when starting?

I'll be pretty irate if I have to replace the assembly! The car had to go in for a fuel pump recall. nothing jumbled around the cigarette lighter. We had the service done, drove it for a week then left town for a month. car was in a garage the whole time. when we returned no more stereo...

Appreciate everyone's help.

I haven't taken it for service because with the EC Offroad Android unit, I don't need the factory controls at all. I give up some control of the audio and climate, but I'm able to make do with the physical buttons to control temperature and I leave the audio settings the same all the time.

Mine was in for a regular service recently and the tech said the screen was dark (he didn't know how to switch it to the EC display) and I was quoted about $1200 for a screen repair. If they were going to replace that entire navigation/screen assembly, the part alone costs over $3k. Wonder what the repair entails.

How many miles are on yours? Is it usually parked in a garage?

If you do need to replace it, consider swapping in a Tesla style head unit. It would cost a lot less and give you a much better display, CarPlay, Android Auto, etc. You would lose SiriusXM satellite capability (would need to stream it if you’re a SiriusXM user), and might need to change some of the programmable settings with a scan tool, but everything else, including the factory cameras would work. If you buy the unit direct from the manufacturer, the cost should be under $1000. Installation isn’t too bad, but does require a bit of patience to make sure everything is hooked up correctly and working. Just don’t expect perfection from these - they do things like reboot randomly once in a while, but the negatives are worth putting up with as long as you know what to expect ahead of time. There are a few threads on mud with detailed install info, usability tips, etc.

Did you buy the one from EC Offroad or another source?

Direct from the manufacturer, not EC Offroad. Huge savings for the same product and EC just doesn’t provide a high enough level of support to justify paying extra.

Will you post a link to the product you ordered?
Read the first few posts in the following thread. There isn't a direct link for ordering the product we ordered:

Keep in mind that the Android 9 version that we ordered may no longer be available. That may be an important consideration because user support for the newer versions has not ramped up yet (there isn't a "Sergey Firmware" for newer units yet, for example). Just be aware of exactly what the specs are on any unit you order as the CPU type, amount of RAM, Android version, etc. are all potentially really important.
