The ball joint grease is nothing to be concerned about above.
Honestly, it shows enough history of care that I wouldn't be too concerned about it, just plan on baselining all fluids etc when it comes home. My biggest concern is the ICONs, but I'd just plan on replacing with Bilstein 6112s if/when they crap out.

I bought a Tacoma with Icons and a Ram3500 with them as well. I would ditch them...or at least they're are of no added value. 15k mile rebuild needed @$250 each if used off-road. I never felt any benefit in either application.
