Lava Mountain Trail near Helena? (2 Viewers)

I rode past this trail today on my motorcycle. One end looked pretty challenging. I will post up a picture later. Has anyone done this trail? The end i saw looked like a pretty tough trail for you guys looking to looking for that.

I didnt walk up the hill to the obstical. Maybe it was not as bad as it looked. But for you guys looking for something tricky it might be a good one.

im gonna have to look at my gaia. the club did this route a while back but IRRC there was a hill that was very washed out and in desperate need of repair. havent been up there in couple of years though.

yeah that was the road. i nailed a log on my A-pillar in the FJC that was hiding behind soft green branch. we didnt try to make it farther because it would have been alot alot of tree trimming and putting logs in ruts. And you all know how i feel about manuel labor.
