There was a cruiser there with a grateful dead sticker/toyota hybrid sticker- with letting in Japanese. Who owns that car and where did they get that sticker?

I have one on my 80. My buddy, Pat, gave it to me. I think he got it from Hatman406080 here on MUD. He does some cool Grateful Dead inspired stickers.
