Anyone know of an economical place to get steel (1/8"-1/4" thick) cut from CAD files locally? I'm getting rid of my ARB and starting to look for info for my custom bumper build. Plasma or laser works and I think either would work fine for what I'm doing.

I used Stainless Steel Specialties, their address says Raleigh but its really just past Wake Tech on 401.

I brought in my drawings and templates, he cut them out and they were exactly as I asked. Good turn-around, nice guy to deal with, he a bit "seasoned" in the business. I'll use them again and would recommend them for sure...

BudBuilt is another one. He cut me up a nice adapter plate off CAD drawings. More toward the CLT area though.

X2 on SSS they are really good people to deal with and do good work, they also give a cash discount if you mention it quietly.

Kenny, is who helped me out

Yeah, they're out my way, it's a 27603 zip code, so it's Raleigh. I'm even further south, off Hwy 42, and I have a Raleigh address.

If you are still looking for a guy, try with Alex Reed at Carolina Truggies or Chris Marshall at Marsfab. Great guys to work with.

I will second the Carolina Truggies guys. They are awesome.

I'm gonna want me one of those costly and million dollar machines as soon as my tax return $$ gets here.
