Hello! Any plans for anything for a 2006 100 series?
I make the grille for the 06-07 but I don't have any on the rack currently I have the prototype almost complete for the headlight housings. I can finish those once I have access to another vehicle to test fit them.

That is very cool, especially regarding the housings...I am in Texas, so if I can be of any help, please let me know.

I’m looking for installation instructions. I’m finally installing a grill and the 7” round lamp buckets into my 96 LX450.

www.landcruisergrilles.com is currently not serving any pages and I’ve PM’d Kelly directly. I also tried to find cached pages on the WayBack Machine (archive.org), but that didn’t help

I’m trying to find a detailed installation thread here on Mud and I’ll keep looking

I’m ready to get started!

It's been a long time but the only thing I struggled with was realizing that washers are used to stack and space things out. That's important for old vehicle since they have settled.

I think I put the grille portion first and left jt very loose. Then did the headlight buckets. The only other portion is your wiring. And there is a diagram on how to make that work right so you aren't trjgging your high beams all the time. It should be in this thread some place. Might even be by me.

My pigtails are included so you can install relays without cutting into the factory wires, but buyers need to figure out the wiring themselves. Its been tough for some, probably most, and it would be nice to point everyone in the direction of a functional "plug and play" harness.

These work perfectly as a "plug-n-play" harness to get H4 LED lamps to work properly.

My main issue is not knowing where the brackets go. There are quite a few pairs of brackets and I want to know exactly how this goes in before I start tearing down the stock grill and removing the stock lamps.

The solution I chose for an adapter harness was from @jose_fzj80 on Instagram at

How about this. Take a picture of the stuff laid out if you want and maybe I can remember.

Any news on FJ62 grilles or headlight trim?

I'm likely going to need a set (hopefully before fall but I'm not holding my breath) and would rather not go with the plastic again if I can avoid it. But I saw the FJ62 grilles aren't even on the site at this point so that made me wonder.

I can make the 62 grille still but I have not had time to design and cut the 62 headlight bezels yet. It is on my mind though.

I actually started fitting the parts in CAD a month ago. Shouldn't be too tough since I now have already completed the 60 bezels which are the same shape, and have the 62 grille also. Just need to get my plasma table running so I can make prototypes. Bought a new one like 8 months ago and it has only been a workbench. Haha
