I’ve seen some oddball JDM variants but never this one before:

If you back one step out of that link, you’ll see brochures for almost every Land Cruiser made.

One step back from that gets you to other makes/models

I’m trying to imagine using that tiny cooktop and sink 🤣.

I’ve always found the tailgate to be better food prep area when camping, plus no open flame inside the vehicle.

The first step is to be a tiny Japanese woman. The second step is to realize this is likely sone sort of tax loophole in Japan. The 80 series jdm cruisers had active vacation variants as well.

There's a local 100 that came stock with this package, I got to see it at a local event (Austin, TX). Very cool and quirky, hard to believe Toyota offered this as a factory option but the history of the Land Cruiser is full of these quirky options and accessories. The 100 was immaculate, too.

I'm 5'11" and sleep comfortably at that height in the back. The drawer/sleeping platform I built doesn't have the little cupboards, so it's full width, but it takes a (UK) king sized matress.
