Here you go, the best lamb rack recipe in the world.....

Step 1. Go to Costco and get big fxxxing Aussie lamb racks
Step 2. get Ginger snaps (the old fashion ones), espresso beans, kosher salt, dijon mustard and some beer (PBR)
Step 3. Grind Espresso beans and smash the fxxx out of the ginger snaps
Step 4. Drink a beer and watch some football
Step 5. Mix equal parts of smashed up ginger snaps and espresso ground espresso beans...and Kosher salt, enough so you can taste the salt.
Step 6 Take out lamb racks, make sure they are room temp, dry off any blood then sprinkle kosher salt on them.
Step 7. drink a beer
Step 8. get a pan and put olive oil in it and turn it on high
Step 9. Sear the fxxx out of the racks while drinking a beer.
Step 10. let the racks cool
Step 11. rub dijon mustard all over the front, not the bones, and the back.
Step 12. drink a beer and have sex with your woman
Step 13. Take the mixture of ginger snaps, espresso, and salt and cover the rack
Step 14. put them in the oven on 385 degrees .... cooking time depends on how big the racks are....
Step 15. Let rest for 7 to 10 minutes while you have a beer....
Step 16. throw up the beer b/c you need room for lamb racks...

The fat in the lamb racks will soak into the espresso and make it very mild while also tenderizing the meat.....

enjoy fxxxers...

Do you have to be buzzed and oversex'd to appreciate it? Cause everything tastes better after that..

Looks crusty, but being a seasoning experimenteur, might give 'er a try..:hhmm:

Enough with the naysayers, they look tasty. And if there is anyone out there that KNOWS lamb its Liam......you gotta trust a guy who is as intimately involved with lamb as he is.

coffee beans that is a new twist... where did you find that one??

I've seen it used before. It's supposed to add an "earthy" taste to it.

i actually just thought of the combo...lamb fat is the purest of all animal fats and pretty much neutralizes harsh ingredients.

and yeah, all you fxxxing whorebag naysayers, there was not one person who didnt say the lamb racks were the fxxxing best thing they ate tonight....and i at least gave three of those MILFs my spunk tonight and the lamb racks still won out...

just cover them with ketchup next time...

side note:... what's with the coffee in the sauce. I've noticed that ingredient being used by the uppity foodie "reinventing BBQ" recipes....

What? You dont use coffee grounds when you boil YOUR ribs???

actually, i've used coffee grounds in recipes with meat for quite some time.....it is a natural meat tenderizer and gives a good flavor....
