@ToyotaMatt I responded to your PM…would it be possible to cancel my previous order and order this one that you’re fabricating? Are they different?

As I mention above ⬆️ this particular KZJ78 Fusible Links assy. is a new and unique addition to the seemingly never ending variations of Vintage Toyota Land Cruiser applications that I have not crossed paths with before ….

I will review your PM and make the correct by the FSM & electronic microfiche ( EPC ) recommendations based on that …

If you could please post your engine bay DATA ID plate and or if it is a white color w/ black text font shiny decal version of this , so I can approach your truck in the same manner I have @chap79 ‘s here …

The broad-brush Fusible Links part topic is one that involves a zero guess work or assumptions approach . The word “ bad “ would be involved otherwise …

@ToyotaMatt Has this been added to your site yet? I’m interested in purchasing one to have as a spare.

HOUSTON : The 82627-60030 For the KZJ78 Service Module …. Has Landed !

.
NOTE : these are initial tech photos to help folks understand the broad-brush format and connection points of the KZJ78 ‘s Fusible Links Factory Fit Form and Function carefully hand assembled to meet All OEM Technical Specifications and also show the focus-points i choose and do use the modern-age 2025 highest quality and heavy-duty tough as nails materials with a pursuit based mindset approach philosophy always front and center as i continue to do what i do as you see below and take the time to review …

- updates / upgrades include :

- OEM ANCHOR MARINE Grade Adhesive Lined UV Rated Heat Shrink applied on and over all exposed open barrel terminal crimped connection points …

- OEM Japan Spec. Electrical Service Parts are Always in operated in all my hand assembled Fusible Links ..

- The exceptions to this are the OEM ANCHOR MARINE grade water-proofing and sealing parts outlined above and the Stainless Steel Serrated Marine Grade Flanged Hex Nuts that are supplied with all my Fusible links equipped with Ring Terminals …

- One notable area that I wanted to make part / parts of each and every Fusible Links in lock-step with my Kit-Form-Kit approach that His Excellency the Beloved Marve Spector made a impact on me at a very young age 15 1/2 Learners Permit age 1st Car 12/78 FJ40LV-KCJA 1 owner truck ( Disco Biscuit ) was his at that moment in my time , and new to me was the whole concept of calling 1-818-882-1238 and being able to ask for one single black and white paper print media SOR part #
that was every single part that you needed for that new and exciting never done before repair or Rad. Bad to the Bone update / upgrade down to the clips , nuts , bolts , etc …
.

SOR 📦 = 🔩 🧷 🪛🔧🗜️⚙️🧰📝 ⛓️

So ….
With only the exception of the HDJ80 / HDJ81 kit ….

All my fusible links kits will come with the Harness Side Connector plug 🔌 and Seals & Extra Terminals … all OEM
Japan 🇯🇵 spec. parts along with the hex nuts outlined above ⬆️ as well …

If there are any exceptions to this mainstay approach …it will be clearly noted in that particular store listing description ….

Lastly , …
I do all assembly work in-house myself at the Skunk-Worx Laboratory ..

If the store does not say sold out this means I have kits pre-made and in-stock and ready to ship out ..,

If the black sold out bubble is present it means I do not have kits ready to roll .,.

This occurs for 2 main reasons :
- I have not had the time window to create more available , but that will happen soon , as a general rule

- I am waiting on needed Japan stock order electrical supplies which from time to time are low in supply hence creating a gap in my dedicated windows I set aside to make all my kit form kits of anything I offer in a groups of many assembly line approach …

This helps keep costs down and in a steady level point too ….

If anyone has questions on the above ⬆️ please feel free to PM me …

I continue to work very hard to close the gap between orders placed and
orders fulfilled , processed and shipped out the door to folks …

The above ⬆️ is only one of more then a few streamlining and overall efficiency
Improvements that I currently have in place and will continue to improve and evolve to make the things that I do happen and keep things that I have a passion for creating real …

Thanks for letting me share …

Matt ..
