Kick panel fuse box location-2003 Land Cruiser (1 Viewer)

I've been having trouble with my seat heaters turning on when it gets really hot (over 100 deg). I went to check the fuse but can't seem to find it. I looked it up and it's supposed to be behind the right kick panel in the cabin. I've attached a pic of what is behind the kick panel that I removed. Anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure on what is your question but the fuse box is in your picture.

umm,right. I feel stupid now. In the pics I had seen it looked like the fuses were right behind the panel. Now I realize they're behind the black cover. thanks

Check the temperature of your rear thermostat also in the backseat overhead. I’ve had people turn it all the way up before and that heat was right underneath the seats
