Hello Everyone,

Just thought I would do a write up on my DNX7100 install and let you know the screen looks great in the FJC. The 7100 comes with the GPS built in. Items I have added include an HD Radio Tuner, TV Tuner (which I don't think will work in another year when it goes didgital???), Bluetooth, Ipod, & Rear View Camera. Taking the old stereo out was a breeze. I also removed the drivers side glove box to make the wire running a little easier. I also hid the small box for the camera unit under the glove box. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the drivers glove box and ran the wire into it for my IPOD. Since I have the video IPOD, I can watch all the videos on the 7" screen in the dash. I also removed the drivers seat and secured the HD tuner, Bluetooth, and TV Tuner Hide away units under the seat. Looking forward to your comments/suggestions

Nav is very detailed and easy to use. I had a pioneer before going to the Kenwood and it has a lot better detail. The only option that I liked on the Pioneer was that I could put in a phone number and it would give you directions to the spot. Obviously didn't work with cell phone numbers, but for businesses it was great.

Excellent. Do you mind me asking where you purchased?

I have checked many places and the lowest I could find was on ebay, and find a store called sonicelectronix. I have done many transactions with them and they are reliable.
