For Sale Kei Trucks from Japan- 660 cc engine, 4WD, supercharged

Anyone know about Kei trucks from Japan?
They come full time 4WD with diff lock, some supercharged.

Someone told me that to put one into 4wd you had to get under the truck and activate it.
Is that true?

Mine's a Hijet.
The idiot who passed it for VA safety inspection 2 years in a row, flunked it last week since it lacks a 3rd brake light up high.
I am in the process of adding one to the headache rack behind the cab.

I haven't looked at them yet. I do want to add some rear lights. Maybe some front ones as well. So I am sure I will learn how they come out as well.

Even though VA vehicle inspections are a pita, mechanics’ videos on youtube show how stupid and incredibly dangerous many people are when it comes to cars.
Very hard to mount a lawsuit against an ignorant diy mechanic if you’re already killed by his incompetence.

For those out there interested, don't be fooled these are old ass vehicles that will most certainly need a lot of TLC to keep them going ( generally speaking ) but boy are they fun to drive around. If you live somewhere with slow speed windy backroads it's the bees knees

Just the opposite …. It’s permanent 4WD unless you crawl under the truck and deactivate it.
The pinheads (bureaucrats) in the State Of Georgia have declared the Kei Trucks “unsafe” and will no longer title them. They’re now going one step further and revoking previously issued titles.
