Is your front differential good and tight? Maybe bushings are shot and your getting some movement on the mounts?
Does it do it if you jack from under one of the lca? Or only from the sway like in the video?

It happens under both LCAs. It’s weird...it will make the noise initially when I manipulate the suspension on either side, then it goes away. But the second it resets itself it will start popping away again.

Diff bushings are in great shape so not sure about it coming from there.

What UCA do you use? There is a known bad batch of SPC UCA bushing that will create similar noise.

Its been at the alignment shop for days... I gave up and decided to have a shop look at it.

They cant find the source either. They checked every nut, bolt, part, and they also gave up. They said its coming from the right front but beyond that, they cant determine what is binding or needs to be replaced.

I had a similar noise in my 460 after running a trail in the spring. I thought it was a broken KDSS bushing since the noise only seemed to occur during articulation or at roughly the speed KDSS locks/unlocks. Nothing appeared visually broken to my basic inspection skills, and I could only create the issue intermittently while driving. There was no change in driving feel except that I could feel the ping reverberate through the dead pedal.
I took it to the shop, they replaced both lower control arms entirely and that resolved the issue.

I took it to another shop and they told me the noise was coming from the rear link bushings. I can swear it’s coming from the front but it seemed possible considering that I’ve replaced just about everything else.

I took the opportunity to buy the Icon kit. Super nice, but.... the poping noise still persists.

Ok, so really weird update. I have been debating on what to do with the KDSS but in the meantime I found a relentless off-road winch bumper and installed it. Poping noise is now gone?????

Yes gone. Not sure what changed but the front end is now 1” lower so I’ll have to go one or 2 notches up of the eibach kit but seriously, what the hell is going on here? Any theories?
