Katrina Donation Headcount

Hello, fellas:

I need to know a headcount of the folks I can depend on for Sunday. Please post your message here with the items you can bring.

So far these are the results:

• ROCK 101 radio is running public service messages for us
• Ralph Hayes Toyota is lending us their van to collect and deliver the food
• The EASLEY Salvation Army is accepting the donation Sunday afternoon/evening
• The City of Clemson is putting out the word through their web site and members
• The Greenville News is notified & possibly running a story
• WYFF TV 4, WSPA TV 7, WHNS TV 21 are running a public service message/possible story
• News Channel 7 may be running a story
• Several area churches will give a line in their sermon

I only hope that we will get community support in our cause. Please let me count on you.

Please keep your vehicles free of items in the carry area. Also, I will be wearing my Upstate Cruisers T-shirt. If you all have one, please consider wearing it. Also, bring your own chair.

The Board has approved the purchase of a folding 12x12 canopy for all our club events. I will make this purchase today. Below are the items you are bringing so far:

Alex: Canopy/ Cooler/ balloons/ UC Stickers/ String
Ghen: Table
Marshall: Grill?

the table is pretty small, just so you know, maybe 4'x4'.
