Well I have studied, I have searched and I need to thank several people.
Due to this forum and its members
I didn’t replace my lock cylinders
My driver’s side mirror does not shake
I now know it’s the oil pan gasket not the rear main seal
I fixed speed sensor for cruise control, Due to FSM advised on this group.
Extended breathers and now know about the P.M on the birfs
I love the new ride, thanks to everyone who has shared their knowledge and experience, its helped with my project.

O and talked with Dan, waiting for my first box, my cruiser will then be leak free

This place rocks, it turned me from a dealership dependant person to a pretty competant wrench turner.

I'd be wayyyyyy in the hole if it weren't for Ih8mud.

Show your support by donated some mula! That'll help keep the site up forever.

Hey Alia
I saw a thread way back where the poster was singing praise for Dan and sugesting donations for him and his dogs, He wrote back saying give it to someone who really needs it. I haven't seen anything to support Ih8mud, are you talking about the clothes, My wife would look good in a cruiser shirt?
Steven

Um, yes actually. Not enough of course. Too much to do and no time to do it in.

Silver Star option, linked at the top of every page, or under your User CP....

site support PLUS added features in the forum...

This site has also converted me back to a wrencher instead of opening the wallet for questionable quality maintenance.

Totally rocks. Highly suggest buying a star from Woody plus a few shirts and such.

Steve,

And our thanks to you for doing the research using the HUGE amount of information that's already here. You've made a few posts but you obviously did a lot of reading that enabled you to address that list of minor problems.

You want to be Junk's "I searched and succeeded" poster child?

:D

Steve,

You're not alone. I think all of us benefit from the collective knowledge and ideas conveyed in this forum.

I belong to several formums (for LC's and others) and without question, the quality of this board and it's members is orders of magnitude above the others. Not just on the quality and timliness of the responses, but in terms of the quality of the people that come here. You can tell by the way some people "speak" that they are good people, even if you've never met them. The offers of help come easily and frequently, often to perfect strangers, with no strings attached (except perhaps for the #6). I come here every day I have access to a computer (usually numerous times) just to keep up with what's going on. It's a community.

You might also consider joining the Cruiser Assistance Club. Yet another great thing about the LC community.

Um  No.
Just Happy to be here.

Ditto that comment for me (maybe minus the competent part :D)

Where there's a will, this board has helped show the way.

My thanks as well.
