Sean shot me an email this morn, he has been working on the Jerry can rack. I asked him to do the can rack in round tubing corners bent as I prefer the looks of it to welded square corners. He has been really helpfull in trying to get me exactly what I wanted. You guys should really consider getting your bumper from Sean he has been top notch thus far. I will post pics as soon as the bumper is installed.
Just went wheeling last Thursday with a few locals and two of the rigs had sean bumpers. In person, they are a great looking bumpers with nice build quality. I especially like the latest version with the hoops on the side wings and the hitch receiver tube in the center of the bumper.
Sean, curious what the bike attachment looks like? Does it require removal of the spare or can you run both together? Is it a clamp style that maybe makes use to Thule/Yakima clamps or trays?
I'm in Norcal. May have to make a trip down to SD. I'd be interested in something with a swing out tire carrier, tow hitch, side guards and bike attacment.

Sean - what size is that tire mounted? I hope that 2nd swingout will fit with my 36" spare!!
Below is a picture of my 37x12.5 KM2 on there... For some perspective I just took some quick measurements and it is just a hair under 22.5" from the edge of the tire to the left edge of the right taillight. The right side spindle is located right in the middle (vertically) of the right taillight. The taillight is 7 inches above my bumper surface and the top of the taillight is 20.5" above it.

just curious what is the tow rating of the bumper? If you had to estimate, what would you say? Do you think it would allow the full capacity of the 80 series (5000 lb)? I dont plan on towing much, maybe an adventure type trailer at most but it would be nice to be able to tow more if needed.

the bumper reciever is not rated, but i if i was a gambling man i would bet on it to handle 5000 lbs.
and another one for the scrap pile. i am gonna move it inward a few inches to unblock most of the taillight.

Nice flex! Hahha! I truned wrenches on that lift install! Awesome!
