Just acquired a 2016 LC

Hello, I just acquired a 2016 LC with 100k miles. Silver w black interior.

I have a question- the main infotainment screen and software seems very dated, no Apple carplay or Android Auto. I'm hoping theres a solution for that and if anyone has anything they've used please let me know, I'd like to get something thats reliable but also keeps the access to vehicle info. A screen replacement wouldn't be bad either as I've noticed it washes out in direct sunlight.

Also- is it me or is the rear camera extremely bad? Like the image isnt clear at all.

EC offroad, Beatsonic, and Naviplus are the ones that I've seen the most on here. People's satisfaction seems to range pretty widely. I had an older Naviplus and eventually took it out. They fill a need, but aren't as seamlessly integrated as the ones in other vehicles (like my wife's Honda). The last straw for me was the echoey phone, I use mine for work and that was unacceptable. A quick search on 'mud will keep you busy for a while.
