Junk salvage yard help

Don't know the east side but 19th ave to 35th ave on Broadway in south Phoenix was junkyard row. West side of interstate 17 and north of Deer Valley has a number of yards. At one time I would hit junkyards a couple of times a month. But as the 40/60 series dried up I stopped. Thought I was getting to old to do it anymore but the HJ47 proved that to be wrong. Spend many a hour stripping parts off that thing. Once it cools off I probably be back searching parts for my 3rd generation 4Runner. One thing I will say has changed yards seem to have short turn around time. Three to four months after getting a vehicle it gone to the crusher. The yard with the HJ47 had four 3rd gen 4Runners when I first went. Last time only one and it was a different one.

If you know what your looking for check CL. Some yards as a new one comes in will post it up.

Thanks I became impatience and call Amazon about there return policy. Then I ordered what I was looking for in Mazda, Toyota, Suzuki, and Honda to find out what will work. A much cooler, cleaner, and time saving idea.:grinpimp:

Guess everybody is different, I prefer searching thru junkyards as I usually find other things I've looking for. I will agree it's cooler this time of year. Stripping parts off that troopy it got plenty hot. But don't Amazon is selling the parts I picked up.
 
There's a couple in that general area, couple mths ago there were several 4 runners out back near the fence...no real idea on any timing, of any sort. just throwing out ideas dyodd.

I heard this place closed down a few years ago. I was there many years ago and recently past that area and did not see that place there but I have been known to be wrong.

I'll bite. Last I knew you didn't have a Mazda or a Honda. Whatcha doin' with these parts, Phil?:bounce2:
